I will do free translations of all questions as long as these three conditions haven’t been met:
1. Already been answered.
2. He’s unlikely to know.
3. Is too long to tweet properly/tells a life story.
To review, he’s likely to know Takeuchi-sensei’s info, know about the state of the manuscript and likely to know about himself. He is busy, and the state of the manuscript is still unknown/he’s not telling.

Anyway, he’s the editor of Code Name wa Sailor V, posthumously of the collections, Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon (though not of the Materials Collection), The Cherry Project Toki*Meca and many of Takeuchi-sensei’s works.
His twitter is Osabu8. If you’re going to say you love Sailor Moon. He’s gotten a lot of that already. Come up with something new that’s not about asking Takeuchi-sensei something about Sailor Moon. Try to not be rude.

I also bought the translations for Sailor Moon from Kodansha USA. (I wish I could help edit those too. =P Makes me kinda want to work in NYC.) I also bought the Sailor V ones–I’ll do a full report when I have time. =P
I’m also thinking hard about how to make this website (which ranks second after wikipedia) different and more user friendly. I kind of want to keep the Takeuchi-sensei feel with the bright colors and her favorites, also the Art Nouveau… but I don’t want to keep it always the same… it’s dull.
I’ll also try to gear up for her birthday in march–what can I say, I start early.
Also… did you check out the official website? Lots of sparkles are being added… I’m thinking something big is about to go down. Sensei~ come to the US– I’ll be there and dressed up *just* for you.

and Takeuchi’s section all are going through the same treatment. (I’d like the make the Takeuchi section more cute and in her style.)
I’m leaving Miss Rain since that functions fine as is and doesn’t need SEO help. If I have enough time to cram it in, I’ll also try to facelift the Togashi section into .php pages–the existing design allows me to design it more .css style.
The Cherry Project probably will get an update as well, but that’ll have to be later on.
