^^;; But if you read the other manga by Takeuchi-sensei, you’ll find that she tends to use this character type a lot. Hikaru… Miss Rain, etc have similar personalities and hair styles to boot.

I also remember her saying in the liner notes that Ami eventually became a lot more like her voice actress as well. Takeuchi-sensei, though she created the series often was influenced by the anime. He didn’t know the answer to the Sailor Cosmos question I asked him.

Beyond that, Osano Fumio doesn’t seem to answer questions about characters. ^^;; I asked him a few and he doesn’t pass them on or seem to know. He does seem to know things like what Takeuchi-sensei’s favorite Curry Shop is… and when the manga will be released and will take things like his favorite and her favorite music. His own birthday, which is coming up in a few months.

Osano-san tends to like video games, is a real otaku, likes punk music, and knows the supposed release dates of things like toys. He’ll know some personal info about her, but if you want deep questions about Sailor Moon, he doesn’t know. I did try, though. Like what’s the color of Parallel Sailormoon’s fuku… and who is Sailor Cosmos really?

So you would read Sailor Moon 1,2,3, and so on. Then when you’d read all of those you’d move on to Sailor Moon R 1,2,3…
